2/4 #1-Meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, gravy, honey glazed carrots, fried okra, Cajun peas
#2 - Corn dog, waffle or spicy fries, buttered corn

2/11 #1 - Salmon patties or fried shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, buttered corn , roll or hushpuppies, pickled green tomatoes
#2-Spaghetti & meat sauce, green beans, garlic roll  

2/18 #1 - Roasted pork tenderloin, rice pilaf, steamed broccoli & cauliflower, grilled yellow squash & onions, sweet potato casserole, roll
#2 - Breaded chicken or grilled chicken sandwich, mac & cheese, green beans

 2/25 #1 - Chicken & dumplings, fried yellow squash, green beans, purple hull peas, roll or biscuit
#2-Ground beef tacos, Tex-Mex rice, cheese dip, salsa & chips
